Key Responsibilities

The Proposals Intern provides support to the sales teams and current Proposals team in all aspects of bid management. He or she works with cross functional organizations to create compelling, compliant and thorough offers. The Intern will:

• Support sales selling documents to assist the sales organization while supports efforts internally to address specific specifications of sales selling documents
• Aid with operating internal tools used to support the sales proposal process
• Ensure internal compliance with company policies
• Identify and solve basic proposal issues
• Help with supply questionnaires and collecting core information to be used for process improvement


Essential Requirements

• University educated (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
• Obtained your degree in the last 12 months
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English
• Multitasking and organization skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
